Team Penta Racing Team Member Agreement

Purpose of Agreement

The purpose of this agreement is to establish a mutual agreement and clear understanding of what is expected of the Sponsored Team Members by Team Penta (Team Penta).

Duties of the Team Managers

1. 1. Includes finding endorsements for athletes and negotiating terms of contracts; procuring corporate and other endorsements for team members and negotiating all terms of those contracts; preparing and sending required race information to sponsors concerning team competition results, collecting payment from sponsors, receiving products, and providing input for development of team Website.
2. 2. Managers shall refrain from engaging in unlawful conduct or conduct involving fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation.
3. Team Director and General Manager:
1. Anthony Luna, Team Director - Overall Team Boss, Race Strategy Coordination, Training Development, Rider Development, Member Recruitment, Diet Development.
2. Chris Hansel, General Manager - Support Team Director, Team Administration, Website Development, Controller, Develop Team Goals and Objectives.

Duties of Sponsored Team Members

1. Provide race entry receipt for reimbursement.
2. At all times conduct yourself in a manner which will not damage the teams reputation, sponsors, or any third parties with whom the Team Member and Manager are associated.
3. Race designated team events of USA Cycling and NORBA sanctioned events throughout the 2005-racing season.
4. Be professional i.e. no swearing, fighting etc., being respectful to other racers and Team Members, responsible i.e. doing what you have committed to, and use common sense. 3 strikes and you are out.
5. Professional appearance and uniforms clean is required. Wear uniforms on all team rides.
6. Share monetary winnings with other Team Member in a given race.
7. Actual prizes i.e. tires, water bottles, etc are kept or shared at the discretion of the Team Member.
8. Be available for limited sponsorship events and / or appearances and community events at the Team Director discretion.
9. Provide feedback on sponsored products when required.
10. Organize as a team at races i.e. warm-up together, pit together, etc.
11. Support each other during training and racing i.e. help those who are racing with water, feeding, equipment, etc.
12. Strategize for racing success and stick to the game plan as a team.
13. If a race is committed to, the team pays the entry, and the team member does not have legitimate reason for not racing they are responsible for reimbursing Team Penta.
